YoKid

Founded in 2006, YoKid is a non-profit that provides instruction in yoga for kids & teens. While youth in today’s complex urban environments face ever-increasing challenges, there are greater levels of stress and obesity among kids & teens living in poverty. YoKid was created to help kids & teens confront these challenges by increasing their self-awareness, concentration levels and physical activity through yoga.

Yoga Gives Back

Yoga Gives BackYoga Gives Back is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds in order to alleviate poverty in India. We started in Los Angeles in 2007, determined to find a way for the global yoga community to help the poorest people in the country that gave birth to YOGA.
