Afterwards\, bathe in different frequencies and harmonics in a sound bath that helps to release stagnant energy and harmonize the body. \nYou do not need to complete all 108 Sun Salutations. The journey is individual\, but come to give and receive the energy as we move together! After we are done\, enjoy sweets and conversation.
