DESCRIPTION:Fee: $35.00 preregistered; $45.00 at the door \nThis is a full immersion sound and movement workshop designed specifically to attune and activate the 7 energy centers within the body.  \nIn the first hour\, you’ll learn about the healing power of sound and be guided through sacred mantra chants and heartfelt expressive movement with live music grooves. Instrumentation includes\, electric\, acoustic\, and bass guitars\, world flutes\, ethnic beats\, singing\, effects and loops\, performed by award-winning musical duo\, Woven Green.  \nThe second hour of this workshop segues from movement to optional seated or savasana postures into the Chakra sound attunement. The sound attunement is an energetic activation and re-balancing of the Chakra system (or energy centers in the body). Attendees will be gently guided through the process of humming or toning through each chakra and chanting the Bija Mantras\, or seed syllables for each chakra.  \nThe program concludes with an extended savasana sound bath meditation that is designed to enhance inner vision.  \nPrepare for a transformational and uplifting experience!
