DESCRIPTION:Join Chris Oemler\, June 24th\, 2016 for a Master Flow Chill Workshop Experience to uncover the power of the body\, the mind\, and the breath to create profound transformation. In this workshop experience\, we will move through a series of yin/restorative shapes with a concentrated focus on meditation\, mindfulness\, and guided relaxation (yoga nidra). Tapping into the power of the auspicious number 108\, in this case 108 minutes of stillness\, we will journey together and revisit our intentions set at the beginning of the year\, a mid-year check in to welcome and celebrate the summer solstice. \nBring a journal and your open mind to continue to attract your highest potential for the rest of 2016!
