It’s a chance to get grounded for a few hours\, meditate with mala beads\, chant\, journal\, and enjoy some delicious food with fellow yogis. Sweat . Pray . Eat is a reset with the change of the seasons and opportunity to use the time on our mats to check in with our lives and assess what our next step is.  Sweat: Practice consisting of 108 Sun Salutations.  Pray: Reflection through meditation\, chanting and journaling.  Eat: Enjoy food and the company of others.  \n
