Art of Balance Yoga

Art of Balance Yoga was established as a welcoming studio where students can practice to gain the benefits of this practice of yoga to bring balance to the whole being in this modern era of ours.

This is a relaxed, friendly environment where the emphasis is on the individual, using Yoga to achieve the most benefit for balance of steadiness and ease. The studios are clean, the lighting is soft, and the teachers are skilled, professional, and kind. Please feel free to ask questions and see how easy it is to feel at home. This is your practice and we want you to love it enough to make it part of your healthy lifestyle. It is our hope that everyone leaves class feeling better than when they came in!

Join Trish and Maria to welcome the Summer Solstice as a commUNITY. Yoga studios around the Metropolitan area are collectively gathering groups to intentionally activate the energy of compassion to share, uplift and grow our commUNITY. At Art of Balance Yoga, we will open with a short conversation, move to a series of Restorative poses, followed by breath work and then sit for meditation. This is a donation class benefitting the Fredericksburg Food Bank. Let's gather and pause as the arrival of Summer reminds us of the nature of abundance for all.

Dina Ramon

Dina RamonDina is a 200hr RYT based in Arlington, VA. Her desire to expand and explore her yoga practice was realized several years after first being introduced to yoga; practicing pre- and post-pregnancy, and then incorporating it into her fitness and running routines. After years of ‘on and off’ practice, but never fully appreciating all aspects and benefits of yoga - physically, emotionally, and spiritually - she started attending more classes. As she did, she felt her body awakening to asana, her mind becoming calmer, and her breath controlling what she was experiencing. That is when yoga became an integral part of her life and inspired her to learn more.

Dina currently teaches vinyasa, alignment-based style yoga to practitioners at a variety of locations including CrossFit Falls Church (VA), the US Department of Energy's FOHO Fitness Center, and the Mind Your Body Oasis studio. She also offers private instruction.

Dina completed the mentorship program and taught community classes at Blue Nectar Yoga studio (Falls Church, VA).
