A Summer long celebration of mind, body and spirit. Featuring free yoga and wellness events throughout the state. VYW and Be Well Virginia are organized by River’s Edge Yoga, Yogis for Positive Change, the Virginia Yoga and Wellness community, Old Town North Community Partnership, Embassy of India, community volunteers and local businesses. FREE Outdoor Event for Summer Solstice at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens

Join East Meets West Yoga Center & the Chelsea Collective in celebrating on Sunday, June 19 at 10:30 am for a practice to help you find your inner Zen. Get out those sunnies and join us! The practice is open to all and is FREE!
Join us at the Lilac Pavilion at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens (the area is located to the left of the main entrance). Stay afterwards for a picnic in the beautiful picnic area, and participants enjoy a FREE entry to the Botanical Gardens.
